Resource management is an important aspect of any gacha game, especially if you want to get the most out of your account. While grinding through the game to acquire these resources is expected, keeping up with your Zenless Zone Zero dailies will help keep your inventory stocked with much-needed items. Dailies logins and daily missions, known as Errands in ZZZ, won't be available right away though, so you'll need to know how to unlock dailies in ZZZ first.

Zenless Zone Zero gives players plenty to keep busy with. Given all the characters you’re going to want to play as, W-Engines to upgrade, and Bangboos to collect, you’re going to want to grab as many items as you can so that you don’t fall behind. After all, the Zenless Zone Zero banners don't hang around. Thankfully, going through your Zenless Zone Zero dailies can provide you with some of those freebies.

Zenless Zone Zero Dailies Explained

Dailies in Zenless Zone Zero, called Errands, are quick tasks that you can complete for valuable free items each day, including up to 60 Polychromes. Once the daily reset rolls around, you’ll be given a new set of quests and any unfinished dailies will, unfortunately, be forfeited.

Based on other HoYoverse games like Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, the daily reset for Zenless Zone Zero is to take place at 4 AM local server time.

You can check on what Errands you have for the day by accessing the Errand book found inside the Random Play video store or via the pop-up menu. Players will gain points for each Errand completed, and more rewards will become available in 100-point increments.

Errands normally don’t take up too much of your time, so you should be able to jump right back into whatever piece of Zenless Zone Zero content you intend on playing through when you’re done. Plus, they usually involve activities that you’ll be doing anyway, like logging into the game, buying a cup of coffee in-game, or completing a specific activity like taking a photo of a cat.

In fact, the first four daily tasks are the same every day:

Once per week, you will also be able to add two Errands to your daily login yourself by 'customizing your schedule'. Pick whichever two sound easiest for you and complete them to earn bonus XP to increase Inter-Knot level fast. Personally, I pick the photo mode option and eat a bowl of noodles as these are very close together.

  • Take a picture of a specific cat in Sixth Street
  • Play two games at the arcade
  • Eat one bowl of noodles
  • Spend 60 Battery Charge
  • Complete one Combat Simulation challenge

How to Unlock Dailies in Zenless Zone Zero

You can unlock dailies in Zenless Zone Zero by progressing through the game’s main story and beating the 'Explosive Last Train' commission involved in The Cat's Lost and Found questline.

In most gacha games, the first chapter of its story usually serves as a tutorial for all of its different mechanics and features while laying down the groundwork for the main plot. That's much the same in ZZZ, making unlocking dailies a fun time, even if it takes a little time to get through. You will want to unlock dailies as soon as you can, but don’t forget to let the game’s fundamentals sink in before you start skipping through content.

All Zenless Zone Zero Dailies Rewards

Here’s what you can get from completing your Zenless Zone Zero dailies:

Reward
Description
600 Inter-Knot Credit
Required to increase Inter-Knot level
3 Official Investigator Log
Agent EXP material
3 Bangboo Algorithm Module
Bangboo EXP material
3 W-Engine Power Supply
W-Engine EXP material
3,000 Dennies
Currency used in New Eridu
60 Polychromes
Premium currency used for gacha pulls

These rewards may not seem like much but remember that you’ll be able to receive them daily as long as you don’t forget to do your quests. Make it a habit to get through these right after logging into the game and they’ll start to add up over time.

For example, the most exciting reward is 60 Polychromes each day, which can be used in the banner system to get new characters, Bangboos, and more. While 60 per day isn't all that much, that's 420 Polychromes if you log in for just seven days. Log in for a full month and that's 1680 Polychrome completely free.

Zenless Zone Zero Daily Login

The Zenless Zone Zero Daily Login, or check-in, is a daily reward scheme that resets each month, available on the HoYoverse app or via the official website. All you have to do is log in with your account and tap to claim rewards each day.

These rewards include 20 Polychromes on days 5, 13, and 20, for a total of 60 free Polychrome per month. However, you can also receive Denny and various level-up materials.

Furthermore, new players will receive bonus rewards for the first three times they check-in. You will receive 40 Polychromes on the first day, and 30 Polychromes for the following two days for a total of 100 Polychromes for free when starting out.

Zenless Zone Zero Daily Tasks

Daily Tasks in Zenless Zone Zero are battle pass objectives to increase your level in the New Eridu City Fund. These are not the same as the Errands, or daily missions as they're more often called.

Daily, Weekly, and Season Tasks give you battle pass XP for completing set objectives. These are often easily completed while taking part in your normal daily activities, like completing all of your Errands and using Battery Charge.

And that’s all there is to know about Zenless Zone Zero dailies including how to unlock the feature and the rewards you can obtain from it each day. While you’re here, get your hands on more daily rewards through the Zenless Zone Zero battle pass and some of the ZZZ events. You can't ever have too many resources.
