May 9, 2024: We've updated our Sigewinne build guide for Genshin Impact.

Sigewinne is a five-star Hydro healer in Genshin Impact expected to finally be released in version 4.7. However, to get the most out of her, you'll want the best Genshin Impact Sigewinne build. Our guide will go over her best artifact sets, weapons, and team comps that you can consider when using her.

Sigewinne was one of the first Fontaine characters Genshin Impact players were introduced to, having first appeared in the Overture Teaser: The Final Feast. Ever since then, we've all wanted her in our teams for even more variety.

While you're here, be sure to check out our other Genshin Impact guides that feature other characters. We also have a host of Genshin Impact codes to redeem, in case you want to get some free rewards.

Best Genshin Impact Sigewinne Build

The best Sigewinne build in Genshin Impact will be:

  • Artifact set: Song of Days Past
  • Weapon: Pouring Heartstrings
  • Team: Sigewinne, Furina, Kuki Shinobu, Nahida
  • Stats: HP, Healing, Energy Recharge

Sigewinne is in a tricky spot as she's focused almost entirely on healing. While she's certainly good at healing your team, especially as she can heal off-field characters, Sigewinne does little else - she has poor Hydro application and damage. This puts Sigewinne at odds with other Hydro healers like Kokomi, who is superb at applying Hydro to enemies which has made her a staple in Bloom teams.

With that said, Sigewinne can work in Bloom teams providing she's not the only Hyrdo applicator. Luckily, she's the perfect pairing for Furina.

Sigewinne Build - Best Artifact Set

The best artifact set for Sigewinne in Genshin Impact is Song of Days Past, which increases her healing and allows her allies to deal increased damage.

Song of Days Past:

  • Two-piece - Healing bonus +15%.
  • Four-piece - When the equipping character heals a party member, the Yearning effect will be created for six seconds, which records the total amount of healing provided (including overflow healing). When the duration expires, the Yearning effect will be transformed into the “Waves of Days Past” effect: When your active party member hits an opponent with a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Plunging Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst, the DMG dealt will be increased by 8% of the total healing amount recorded by the Yearning effect. The “Waves of Days Past” effect is removed after it has taken effect five times or after 10 seconds. A single instance of the Yearning effect can record up to 15,000 healing, and only a single instance can exist at once, but it can record the healing from multiple equipping characters. Equipping characters on standby can still trigger this effect.

However, given Sigewinne is quite a complex character, there are several alternatives worth farming to see which one suits your team and playstyle better. Ocean-Hued Clam is a classic for healers looking to deal some extra damage. On the other hand, a two-piece combination of Vourukasha's Glow and Tenacity of the Millelith will increase Sigewinne's max HP, thereby increasing her healing potential.

Sigewinne Build - Best Weapons

The best weapon for a Sigewinne build is Pouring Heartstrings, her signature weapon. This is because it will increase Sigewinne's max HP, improve the Bond of Life mechanic, and even increase Elemental Burst crit rate.

Pouring Heartstrings:

  • The equipping character can gain the Remedy effect. When they possess 1/2/3 Remedy stacks, their max HP will increase by 12%/24%/40%. They can gain one stack in the following situations: one when using an Elemental Skill for 25 seconds; one for increasing Bond of Life value for 25 seconds; and one for initiating healing for 20 seconds.
  • This can still be triggered when the equipping character is not on the field. Each stack's duration is counted independently.
  • When you have three stacks, Elemental Burst crit rate will be increased by 28%. This effect will be canceled four seconds after you fall under three stacks.

Although Pouring Heartstrings is Sigewinne's best weapon, that doesn't make it worth going out of your way to earn. This weapon is incredibly niche, so it's really only good for Sigewinne herself, and even then there are similarly strong alternatives that you likely already have.

Favonius Warbow and even the three-star Recurve Bow are great, affordable options for a Sigewinne build. However, if you've got some five-star bows laying around, then Elergy for the End will work too.

Sigewinne Build - Best Teams

The best team for a Genshin Impact Sigewinne build will be:

  • Sigewinne
  • Furina
  • Kuki Shinobu
  • Nahida

Sigewinne works best as a support and sub-Hydro applicator in Bloom and Hyperbloom teams, since she does great healing but relatively weak Hyrdo application. This team ensures you have strong Hyrdo, Dendro, and Electro applications, as well as great off-field healing that can save you from blowing yourself up with Bloom reactions.

If you're not interested in Dendro reactions, then you can run her in an Electrocharged or Freeze team, though keep in mind that you will need a second Hydro character to keep up. Otherwise, as a healer, you can slot her in virtually anywhere if you just want some extra support.

Genshin Impact Sigewinne Story

Sigewinne was first seen in the Overture Teaser which also featured other Fontaine characters and Arlecchino, who is one of the Fatui Harbingers. In the trailer, we see Sigewinne get teased by Wriothesley.

In terms of appearance, she has bunny years and is reminiscent of Melusine, who is also from Fontaine. She appears to be wearing a nurse’s hat, which has led to speculation that she will be a healer. With Wriothesley's story quest coming up in patch 4.1, we might get to find out more about Sigewinne.

So there you have it, that is all you need to know about our Genshin Impact Sigewinne build. For more Genshin Impact content, we recommend checking out our best Neuvillete build and best Furina build in case you are saving your Primogems for them.
