Hype for The Final Shape in Destiny 2 is at an all-time high. Following a recent livestream that showed a new subclass that blends light and dark in Destiny 2, as well as a new enemy type finally, people are expecting a lot from the final DLC in the saga, but for now, you'll need to complete a quest to find Archie in Destiny 2.

In-between your constant goal of trying to find the best PvP weapons and the best PvE weapons in Destiny 2, here's how to find the best boy in the MMOFPS game.

Where is Archie in Destiny 2?

Archie can be found in the Annex of the Tower, between Ada-1 and The Drifter. You can use the Director to head directly to the annex, head up the stairs, and you'll find the mechanical dog before entering another room.

Before heading off on your next adventure in the game, you should activate the Best Boy Protocol, which allows you to pet Archie. If you don't do that, I'm pretty certain you don't have a heart.

It appears that, during the questline to find Archie, his location will change each week. So, expect to be on the lookout for the best doggo again soon. However, this quest unlocks alongside a new triumph in Destiny 2, which isn't available just yet. We'll be sure to update this guide if and when Archie's location changes.

A lot of the content between now and The Final Shape release date may seem like filler, especially leading up to the climactic battle against The Witness. However, considering how much story has been removed since Destiny 2 launched, you may need a refresher on who Cayde-6 is in Destiny 2, as he makes his triumphant return in the upcoming expansion.

That's everything we know about where Archie is in Destiny 2 right now. Make sure to also find out how to craft weapons in Destiny 2 as well while you're here.
